William Copeland

William (Bill) Rand Copeland born June 11, 1932 in Austin. Bill lived an incredible life passing away September 11th surrounded by his loving family. 

Bill attended Southern Methodist University where he was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. He was a charter member of Lovers Lane United Methodist Church and a dedicated member of the Salesmanship Club.

In 1986, Bill married Suzan Sinclair. The two shared a love for hunting, sailing, traveling, and competitive croquet, A self-taught classical pianist and gourmet cook. Bill enjoyed entertaining family and friends.

Bill is survived by his wife of 41 years Suzan Copeland, his children Ken Copeland (Holly) and Susan Harris (Scott), his grandchildren, Taylor Harris (Lauren), Austin Harris, Chase Copeland (Kate), Baird Copeland, and Kali Copeland. He also leaves behind his great- grandchildren, Hawkins, Rand, Roth, Preston, and Palmer.
