Walter Frederick Bauer

Walter Frederick Bauer, age 65, of East Tawakoni Texas, passed away on November 13, 2021, at his loving home. Memorial will be held in the Chapel of Quinlan Funeral Home, Friday 19, 2021 at 2:00 pm. 

Walter was born on August 16, 1956, in Bainbridge, Maryland, to Walter Julius Bauer and Mary Louise Hardesty-Butterworth. He was raised in Florida and California until moving to Texas in 1969. Where he attended high school at Rains. He proudly served his country in the Air Force from 1975 to 1981. He then married the love of his life, Tina on May 14, 1983.  He worked with construction along with farming. Walter enjoyed life to the fullest, by fishing, watching sports, going to flea markets, garage sales, shuffleboard, dancing and listening to music with good friends and family. Walter was always available to help a friend or neighbor in need. He was a very kind soul.

Survived by his; wife, father, and stepdad, Ralph Grist, daughter; Meagan S. Bauer Son; Walter J. Bauer and wife Melissa, grandson; Darren Toliver, brother; Kile Bauer and partner Randy, brother-in-law Jim Griffith and wife Cindy, sister; Louse Bebee and husband Scott, sister-in-law; Regina Chandler and husband Harold.
