Vickie Lynn Nolen, born on November 8, 1964, in Alexandria, LA, passed away peacefully on January 7, 2026.
She will be remembered for her vibrant spirit and the joy she brought to those around her. Vickie was a loving mother and devoted grandmother, leaving behind her cherished children, Ryan Nolen, Brady Nolen, and Faith Porier as well as her grandchildren: Stella, Theodore, Giovanni, Masen, Bryan, Jayce, Benjamin, Emma, Kaiden, and Olivia. She is also survived by her sister, Linda Goodwin, daughters-in-law Teddie and Davina, and son-in-law Shaun Porier.
Vickie had a passion for life that was evident in everything she did. She loved listening to music, spending quality time with her family, and trying her luck at the casino with her sister, daughter and cousins by her side. Her adventurous spirit took her traveling across the country and to the beach, where she made many cherished memories. Vickie was also known for her culinary talents; her cooking was legendary, often preparing meals large enough to feed an army, bringing everyone together for joyful gatherings.
Vickie's ability to create moments filled with laughter and love is what her family and friends will miss the most. She had a heart full of warmth and a zest for life that inspired those around her. As we celebrate her life, we remember the unforgettable moments and lessons she shared with us and the love that continues to surround her legacy.
