Sylvia Margaret Wagner, age 90, of Terrell, Texas, passed away on July 4, 2026. Born on August 7, 1935, in Columbus, Ohio, Sylvia, affectionately known as "Skip," worked as a dedicated bookkeeper for prominent companies such as Merrill Lynch and EDS. Her meticulous nature and keen financial acumen made her an invaluable asset in the finance industry.
Sylvia had a remarkable passion for life and adored spending time with her family, particularly her beloved granddaughters, Felicia West-Jackson, Tonya Chamberlain-Wareham, and Dominique Montoya. As a grandmother and great-grandmother, she embraced her role with joy, cherishing each moment spent with her great-grandchildren. Her big heart was evident in her willingness to help others, and her vibrant spirit brought warmth and laughter to countless gatherings with friends and family.
An enthusiast of music and rhythm, Skip loved to dance and was often found listening to her favorite Elvis tracks. She enjoyed refreshing Coors Light on ice while sharing stories and creating memories at local bars with friends. Her two trips to Las Vegas each year were highlights, reflecting her adventurous spirit until age prevented further travel. Skip leaves behind fond memories and a legacy of love that will endure in the hearts of her family and friends.
