Susan Kay Goodrich Carman, 61, passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 14, 2026, in Quinlan, Texas.
Born on July 3, 1964, in Dallas, Texas, to Johnny Paul and Patsie Ruth Goodrich.
Susan will always be remembered as a kind and loving woman who was a devoted Daughter, Sister, Aunt, and a loyal friend to all who knew her.
A 1982 graduate of H. Grady Spruce High School in Dallas, Susan had a vibrant spirit and a wide range of passions. She was an avid fan of all the local sports teams, including the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, and Texas Rangers.
She loved the tradition of attending the State Fair of Texas, enjoyed the challenge of board games and trivia, and found great joy in listening to music. She also had a forever love for Her "BEARS" starting with her Care Bears to her numerous stuffed animal collection over the years. Over her lifetime, Susan cherished & loved all her family and friends and held a deep never-ending love for all her pets over her lifetime .
Susan is survived by her mother, Patsie Goodrich; her brother, Calvin Goodrich, and wife, Kim; her beloved nieces and nephews: Jennifer Garrison and husband Jack, Sarah Schilling and husband Jeremiah, Grant Goodrich and wife Kimberly.
She also leaves behind her adored great-niece and great-nephews: Alli, Liam, Caleb, Jeremiah, Ian, and Benji.
She was preceded in death by her Beloved Father, Johnny Paul Goodrich. and Brother Roy Paul Goodrich

A celebration of Susan's life will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at:
