RONALD OTIS IRVIN

Ronald Otis Irvin passed peacefully at home with family on Tuesday May 16, 2023, in Sherman Texas. Visitation will be at Ingram Funeral Home at 1462 E. Quinlan Parkway Quinlan, Texas Friday May 19, from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm following Funeral service at Ingram Funeral Home, Quinlan, Texas.  

Ronald was born to Otis Sadler Irvin and Berthal Irene Thurman Irvin on Sunday February 3, 1946, in Sherman Texas where he was raised and attended school. Ronald served proudly in the United States Navy. He worked for the United States Postal Service in Dallas Texas till he retired. Ronald loved playing golf and was a lover of all sports and his football team was none other than the Dallas Cowboys. Ronald was a member of the Lakeview Church in Quinlan for many years.

Ronald is survived by his sister Nancy Willingham, nieces Cheryl Knowles, Julie Denton, Debra Barker, Rhonda Burton, nephews Timothy Willingham, Kenny Reynolds, Christopher Reynolds, Mark Reynolds, Paul Irvin, with extended family, and friends.

Preceded in death by his mother and father and his loving wife Genevia, sister Charlene Reynolds, and brother Joe Irvin.

Now together forever in God's hands.
