Phillip Wayne McIntire, born on April 7, 1965, in Los Alamos, New Mexico, passed away peacefully at home on November 6, 2025, at the age of 60.
He was a devoted husband to his spouse, Terri Thomas, loving son to mother-in-law Margaret Clark and a loving father to his children, Jennifer Simpson and spouse Chris Simpson, Phillip Thomas and spouse Amanda Thomas. He is also survived by his sister, Beverly Clark and spouse Marlon Clark, and his cherished grandchildren: Dylan Brown (Haylea Stouffe) Caleigh Brown, Delilah Thomas, Aiden Thomas, Natalie Simpson, and Kaden Simpson and great grandchild Waylon Stouffe and a host of nieces and nephews.
Phillip had a successful career as a Technical Production Manager at InterFet Corporation, where he was known for his dedication and expertise. Outside of his professional life, he enjoyed a variety of hobbies including camping, fishing, and farming, which brought him great joy. His passion for gardening and cooking also allowed him to share delicious meals with family and friends, creating countless memorable moments.
Phillip's family and loved ones will gather to honor his life and legacy. A public viewing will be held on November 12, 2025, at 5:00 PM in the chapel. A funeral service will take place the following day, November 13, 2025, at 2:00 PM, also in the chapel. He will be laid to rest at Royse City Cemetery, with a graveside service beginning at 3:30 PM.
His memory will live on as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend to many.
