Patricia Ann (Roberts) Watson

We are sad to announce the passing of Patricia Ann Watson of Quinlan, TX at the age of 79 on April 5th, 2023. Patricia passed away surrounded by her loved ones after a battle with liver failure.

Patricia was an accomplished and devoted housewife of 59 years who made everyone feel welcomed and part of the family. She was a devoted wife to Ronny Joe Watson and two children Anjanette Marie DiGioia and Ronny Joe Watson Jr.  She was always there for what they needed and never complained even when having to move to follow her husband and his work. She lived in Norfolk Virginia, Plano Texas, Austin Texas, Cedar Rapids Iowa, Garland Texas, Ouray Colorado, Colorado Springs Colorado, Dallas Texas, Kansas City Missouri, Barksdale Texas, and finally rested in Quinlan Texas with her son. Patricia was heavily involved in her son’s boy scouts and her daughter’s brownies troops. She was a soccer coach and an assist baseball coach in Garland Texas. She was involved with the Barksdale Civic Association and worked the Barksdale local library upon her family retiring there. 

Patricia is survived by her husband Ronny Joe Watson, Her daughter Anjanette Marie DiGioia, Her son Ronny Joe Watson Jr, and her five grandsons, Jason DiGioia, Shawn DiGioia, Braxton Watson, Conner Watson, and Dean Watson. 

The funeral will be a private ceremony with only close family members present. The service will be at Ingram Funeral Home on 1462 E. Quinlan Parkway in Quinlan.
