Odessia Jean Chancellor 53, formally of Terrell Texas, peacefully laid down in God's hands on July 15, 2025. Daughter of Joe and Edna Toland. Loving mother to Brittany and Hailey, and proud grandma to Kaylee, Kash, Jayden and Christopher. Wife to Johnny R. Chancellor for 29 years, who she loved everyday till her last day.
Odessa had huge love for family, life and faith. Her love for family was present daily, she talked about her family all the time and bragged about her support system. She was always sending her praises and love for God up to him and thanking him for all the blessings he had bestowed on her. From a young age she loved make up and you never saw her without her hair and make-up on point. She loved to look done up for all to admire. She has always had a fondness of flowers, especially roses and was starting to get into planting and growing her own flowers with her daughter Brittany. She had an infectious smile and laugh to brighten up everyone's day and you couldn't be around her without smiling too. She was joyful and so energetic and full of life. Her presents will truly be missed by all who knew her. Fly high Mrs. USA!
