Paul "Michael" Galyean, II, age 38, passed away on July 19, 2025. Born on October 4, 1986.
Michael brought joy and light to everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Michael was a proud gold medal-winning Special Olympian whose enthusiasm for life was infectious. He never met a stranger and had an extraordinary gift for making people feel seen and loved. His ever-present smile and warm hugs were trademarks of his generous spirit. Whether he was cheering on his favorite sports team or enjoying a local wrestling match, Michael's energy and excitement were impossible to miss.
Music played a special role in Michael’s life. He especially loved listening to Jimmy Buffett and Garth Brooks, among many other artists who brought him joy. His passion for music was matched only by his love for sports—baseball and football held a special place in his heart—and he found great happiness in the camaraderie and excitement of local wrestling events.
Michael is lovingly remembered by his Mother Hildra Reppen; his Sister Tiffany Buzbee and her Husband Nathan; his Grandmother Vicki Reppen; his Aunt Carma Reppen and her family; his Uncle John Reppen and his family; his Uncle Asa Reppen and his family; as well as countless nieces and nephews and many cherished family friends. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
He now joins in rest his Grandpapa F. S. Reppen, Grandmother Joyce Parrish, and Uncle Richard Reppen.
Michael’s legacy is one of joy, connection, and boundless love. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him and continue to inspire kindness in others.
