In Loving Memory of Michael Shawn Maynor
October 30, 1993 – September 20, 2025
Michael Shawn Maynor was a beacon of love, strength, and passion, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know him. Born in Greenville, Texas, Michael’s life was a testament to hard work, devotion to family, and an unwavering love for the outdoors. Though his time with us was tragically cut short on September 20, 2025, his legacy will forever live on in the hearts of those he cherished.
A devoted husband to Tiffany Brown-Maynor, Michael was the rock of their family, pouring boundless love into his role as a father to his daughter, Sydney Leipply; and his sons, Colton Brown and Carter Maynor. His children were his pride and joy, and the moments he shared with them—especially the joy of their births—were among the most cherished of his life.
Michael’s love extended to his parents, Lorie and Thomas Maynor; his siblings, Monica Maynor, Christopher Maynor and his wife, Blair Maynor, Jessica Sharp and her husband, Justin Sharp, and Jacob Maynor and his wife, Jamie Maynor; and his many nieces, nephews, great niece and nephew, all of whom he held close in his heart.
Michael’s hands were never idle, whether he was building something extraordinary as a skilled contractor in the construction industry or creating lasting memories with his family. With an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science and numerous trade certificates, he approached his work with dedication and pride, leaving a mark of creativity in everything he built. His passion for craftsmanship was matched only by his love for the outdoors, where he found peace and freedom in fishing, hunting, and the beauty of nature.
A dreamer with a boundless spirit, Michael envisioned a future filled with adventures alongside his family and friends. His infectious enthusiasm, warm smile, and generous heart made every moment brighter. Though he is no longer with us, the memories of his laughter, kindness, and love will forever echo in our lives.
Michael, you were a gift to us all—a husband, father, son, brother, and friend whose light will never fade. We will carry you with us always, finding comfort in the countless memories you left behind. Until we meet again, may you rest in peace, surrounded by the tranquility of the nature you so dearly loved.
With all our love,
Your Family and Friends
