Michael Hodge Lawhorn, age 50, of Quinlan, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, June 30, 2024. A Graveside Service will be held at 12:00pm Monday, July 8, 2024, at Able Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10:00am to 11:30am at Ingram Funeral.
Michael Hodge Lawhorn was born on April 8, 1974, in Dallas, Texas and raised in Wills Point, Texas. He was the son of Jerry Zack Lawhorn and Brenda Evon Gravley Lawhorn. He married the love of his life, Lindora Lawhorn on October 18, 2003, in Quinlan. Michael had an incredible talent for construction. He opened Lawhorn Construction in 2000 and revamped his company in 2024. Michael was a simple man. He enjoyed a cold beer and time with friends. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed going to Galveston and Venice, Louisiana to hunt and fish.
He is greatly loved and will be dearly missed by his devoted wife, Lindora Lawhorn of Quinlan; sons, Justin Lawhorn and wife Elizabeth of West; and Curtis Cormier; daughters, Dusti Cramer and husband Evan of Caddo Mills and Allissa Cormier of Quinlan; brother, Richard Lawson of Quinlan; sister, LeeAnn Lawhorn; grandchildren, Hank Cramer, Sonny Cramer, Daniel Lawhorn, Anna Lawhorn, Kreed Clem, Braylen Nix, Beckham Cormier, and Braxton Cormier; his K9 kids, Crackhead, Rambo, and Baby; and his adopted work cat, Smoky.
