Melisa Ann Nevarez, age 52 of Mineola, Texas passed away on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 in Tyler Texas after a courageous battle with cancer.

Melisa was born in Mineola Texas on July 18, 1968 she was the daughter of the late James McBride and Linda Martinez McBride. Melisa leaves behind her four children, Oscar Nevarez Jr., Ashley Nevarez, Cecily Naylor and spouse Justin, Wesley Nevarez. Six grandchildren Alexis, Amelia, Owen, Jericho, Jase and Jake. Two brothers Douglas and John McBride one sister Joy Luna and one of the very best friends a person could have Donna Smith.

Melisa loved nothing more in life than being a MiMi, she fought a long hard fight and is finally pain free. This world will never be the same without her. She is so loved and will be missed by many.
