Mamie Horn, 90 of Kilgore, Tx went to be with her Lord and Savior September 28, 2024.
Funeral services will he held October 3, at 12:00 p.m. at Ingram Funeral Home. Pastor Jason Driskell officiating. Interment will follow at Simmons Cemetery in Cash, Tx. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service. Pallbearers; Rob Leffingwell, Wayne Marcott, Robbie Zachary, Joey Wilkie, Roger Fowler and Randy Meredith.
Mamie was born May 26, 1934, in Dallas, TX. Daughter of Sam and Katie Maner. She was raised in Dallas. She loved going to church, listening to gospel and country music, taking trips and her enjoyment while eating breakfast at Denny’s, but most of all loving on her family.
She was loved so much, by so many and will be missed dearly.
Mamie is survived by her son James Murry and wife Betty. Her daughter Sue Leffingwell. Her sister Sammie Marcott and brother-in-law Wayne. Grandchildren Cory Hatcher, Robbie Leffingwell and wife Tiffany, Kelly Wilkie and husband Joey, Stacey Kinsey and wife Meredith, Randy Meredith, Eric Meredith and Fiancé Lisa Smith, Maria Murry, Alex Hunt. Along with 23 great grandkids and 5 great great grandkids. And many beloved nieces and nephews and cousins.
Mamie was proceeded in death by her Mom and Dad, two sisters, a brother and a daughter.
We’d also like to give a very special thanks to Mamie’s nurse with Enhabit Hospice, John O’Brien and staff. Mamie couldn’t have been more blessed to have such an amazing caring person and team to help take care of her in her last months.
