Linda Gale Allison Wallace, a young 74, went to be with our Lord on January 18, 2021, at her home in Quinlan, Texas. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at Ingram Funeral Home at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 29, 2021, with Pastor Casey Stone officiating.
Linda was born on June 17, 1946, to Valton Joe Allison and Opal Dean Bailey Allison in Terrell, Texas. Having five sisters and two brothers, Linda grew up knowing the importance of family. She spent a lot of her time being “Nanny,” and she certainly loved that title the most. Her heart was always full of love and blessings for her family and friends. Linda enjoyed yard sales, thrift stores, traveling, and slot machines. She will forever be remembered for her love of her children, grandchildren, family, and a cold Dr. Pepper. She had a great love for God and the blessings she was given. There will be a pain in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved her. We need not say goodbye for we shall meet again. For now, we know you are dancing in the sky!
Linda is preceded in death by both her parents, her son Ricky Dean Wallace, grandson Nicholas Don Wallace, sister Kay McIntire, brother Larry Allison, and her soulmate, Dennis Sabella.
Linda is loved and will be missed by her two sons, Billy Wallace, Jr. and wife Michelle of Royse City, and Johnny Wallace and wife Vivian of Quinlan; two daughters, Frankie Raynor and husband Jay of Quinlan, and Patsy Salinas and husband Steve Glover of Lindale; brother Joe Robert Allison and wife Gail of Canton; sisters, Marie Allison of Quinlan, Brenda McBride and husband Jerry of Kentucky, Barbara Duncan and husband Billy of Royse City, and Betty Clemons of Royse City; thirteen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, many aunts, uncles and cousins.
