KAREN PIEARCE

Karen Sue Mosman Piearce, age 66, of Quinlan, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, January 24, 2023. Funeral Services will be held at 4:00P.M. on Friday, January 27, 2023, at Ingram Funeral Home in Quinlan with Robert Ashford and Michael Lannon officiating. A visitation will be held at 2:00P.M. until service time.

Karen Piearce was born on July 22, 1956, in Dallas, Texas. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Robert Joseph Mosman and Dorothy Lafern Boggs Mosman. She was raised in the Dallas area and graduated from Bryan Adams High School. She worked for many years as an Insurance Supervisor for Globe Life Insurance Company. Karen married Rickey Piearce on May 31, 1975, in Dallas and he preceded her in death on August 26, 2011. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Rita Coker of Kaufman in 2012. She was a member of Generation Faith Center in Quinlan. Karen enjoyed fishing, dancing her famous ‘MeMaw Dance’ and watching her favorite television show, Judge Judy. She had a beautiful heart and a fun spirit. ‘Goodtime Karen’ was always the life of the party, and you could always expect the unexpected. Most of all, Karen loved her family, she was proud of the legacy she left with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is dearly loved and will be greatly missed by her daughter, Candice Piearce of Quinlan; Brothers, Robert Dale Mosman of Forney, and David Mosman of Scurry; Sisters, Kathy Carroll of Caddo Mills and Sharon Moon of Pottsboro, Kim Coppedge and husband Paul of Rockwall; Grandchildren, Colton Mosley and wife Lauren of Quinlan and Kelci Evans and husband Clint of Edgewood; Great Grandchildren, Rohen Mosley, Oaklee Evans, Noah Mosley and Baby Evans.
