Judi was born on August 28, 1942, to Roy Lee Tipton Sr. and Nellie Marie Moses Tipton in Collinsville Texas.
Survived by her son Jackie Don Richardson and wife Donna of The Woodlands, Texas, daughter Angi Naquin of Royse City, Texas, brother Roy L. Tipton Jr. and wife Pat of Texas City, grandchildren, Jason Richardson, Jenny Michelle Gomez and Andres, Chelsi Naquin, along with 4 great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by, parents Roy and Nellie and brother Roger C. Tipton..
