Jose Maldonado Reyes Obituary

Jose Carlos Maldonado Reyes went to his Lord and Savior on Saturday May 7, 2022, at his home.

Jose was born on November 29, 1981, to Michael Eugene Stovall and Nereyda Reynoso Stovall in Mexico. They later moved and lived in both Dallas and Houston Texas.  He attended Scurry Rosser Elementary School in Dallas, Tx, A.C New Middle School in Dallas, Tx, and Aldine High School in Houston, Tx. He was a faith filled man and attended church at Iglesia De Dios De La Profecia La Santa Sion in Houston, Tx where he was Baptized by Pastor Hector A Gonzales on December 11, 1999. He was good with his hands and loved working in construction. His favorite past times were playing with dogs, fishing, playing with remote control cars, listening to music, loved to cook spicy foods for his friends and family, making jokes and getting people to laugh and smile, always listening to the word of God, helping the homeless even giving the coat off his own back, loved low riders and everything about Houston, Tx.

He is loved and will be greatly missed by his mom Nereyda Stovall, brother Michael and wife Flor Stovall, sisters Veronica and husband Carlos Encinia from Ferris, Tx, Noemi and husband Nelson Gutierrez from Houston, Tx, grandmother Victoria Aguilar from Houston, Tx, nieces and nephews Vicki, Carols Jr, Cristal, Sofia and Jasmin, and aunts and uncles Javier, Mario, Serjio, Alicia, Antonio, Francisca and Salvador.  

He is preceded in death by his father Michael, and grandfather Basilio Reynoso.

 

 

José Carlos Maldonado Reyes fue a su Señor y Salvador el sábado 7 de mayo de 2022, en su casa.

José nació el 29 de noviembre de 1981, hijo de Michael Eugene Stovall y Nereyda Reynoso Stovall en México. Más tarde se mudaron y vivieron tanto en Dallas como en Houston, Texas.  Asistió a la Escuela Primaria Scurry Rosser en Dallas, Tx, A.C New Middle School en Dallas, Tx, y a la Escuela Secundaria Aldine en Houston, Tx. Era un hombre lleno de fe y asistió a la iglesia en la Iglesia De Dios De La Profecia La Santa Sion en Houston, Tx, donde fue bautizado por el pastor Héctor A Gonzales el 11 de diciembre de 1999. Era bueno con las manos y le encantaba trabajar en la construcción. Sus tiempos pasados favoritos eran jugar con perros, pescar, jugar con autos a control remoto, escuchar música, le encantaba cocinar comidas picantes para sus amigos y familiares, hacer bromas y hacer que la gente se riera y sonriera, siempre escuchando la palabra de Dios, ayudando a las personas sin hogar incluso quitándose el abrigo de su propia espalda, amaba a los jinetes bajos y todo sobre Houston,  Tx.

Es amado y será muy extrañado por su madre Nereyda Stovall, su hermano Michael y su esposa Flor Stovall, sus hermanas Verónica y su esposo Carlos Encinia de Ferris, Tx, Noemí y su esposo Nelson Gutiérrez de Houston, Tx, su abuela Victoria Aguilar de Houston, Tx, sus sobrinas y sobrinos Vicki, Carols Jr, Cristal, Sofía y Jasmin, y sus tías y tíos Javier,  Mario, Serjio, Alicia, Antonio, Francisca y Salvador. 

Le preceden en la muerte su padre Miguel, y su abuelo Basilio Reynoso.
