Johnny Stringer Obituary

Johnny Stringer, 59, of Quinlan went to be with the Lord on June 11, 2022. Johnny Stringer was born August 30, 1962, in Dallas to T.J. Stringer and Tommie Fannin-Stringer.

Johnny loved to irritate people and joke around. His favorite dish was fried fish and if he could, he would travel the world just to try the fried fish in another country. Johnny loved his daughters, grandchildren, and his lifelong partner and friend Dee Dee.

Johnny is survived by his daughters: Samantha Stringer Hoffman and Charlie of Quinlan, Marty Stringer Jones and Jensen of Quinlan; sister, Lynn Rickman and Bill of Kaufman; granddaughters: Destinie Hoffman, Mikynlee Jones, Emirsyn Jones, Brooklyn Jones, Breezlyn Jones; ex-wife and friend, Deborah Stringer; several nieces and nephews, many friends and extended family.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Bena “Lucette” Stringer; sister, Mickey Stringer-Smith; and granddaughter, Hailey Stringer.
