Johnny E. Morgan, age 49, of Sulphur Springs, passed away Sunday, December 13, 2020. A celebration of his life will be held from 10am- 12pm at Ingram Funeral Home in Quinlan.
Johnny Morgan was born on June 11, 1971 in Greenville, Texas. He was the son of Roy Steven Morgan and Betty F. Morgan. Johnny signed with Blinn College in 1990 Class 2A State Championship in the 400-meter dash. He also loved to play basketball with his brothers, his son and anyone that he thought he could beat.
He is loved and will be remembered by his fiancé, Traci Abron of Sulphur Springs; sons, Johnny Morgan of Sulphur Springs and Brylon Morgan of Greenville; daughter, Jordan Morgan of Sulphur Springs; grandchildren, Bostyn Morgan and Aiyden Morgan; mother, Betty F. McGencey of Arlington; sister, Sandra K. Wilson of Arlington, two brothers D. Morgan of Greenville and Charles Smith of Georgia; daddy, Roy Steven of Emory and several aunts, friends, cousins, uncles, and everyone he knew
