Johnny Rowe Bedwell, born on December 6, 1958, passed away on March 5, 2025, in Quinlan, Texas. He was a dedicated mechanic and the proud owner of Jon's Brake and Muffler in Rockwall, Texas, where he embraced his passion for the automotive industry and served his community with unwavering commitment.
Johnny is, survived by his father, John Bedwell; his stepmother, Linda Bedwell; son Brian Bedwell and his brothers, Maxwell, Mark, and Timothy Bedwell. He cherished the moments spent with his grandchildren, Katie Bedwell, Jordan Bedwell, and Patrik Winters. His love for fishing remains a fond memory for many, particularly his sons and his granddaughters. Any free time Johnny had when he was younger was always at the creek on the family land.
A generous spirit, Johnny was always known to give the shirt off his back or the last dollar in his wallet when someone was in need. His kindness and commitment to those around him will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.
Following his wishes, Johnny's remains will be cremated, and his family will gather to honor his life and legacy. He will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those he touched.
Johnny was preceded in death by: mother; Barbara Paxton, son; Brenton Bedwell
Memorial service will be on March 29th.
