James Virgil Woosley: Born February 26, 1941, to the parents of Virgil Ciscero & Alice Curtis Woosley in Shelbyville, TN: Died is February 22, 2025, in Sunnyvale, TX. Survived by his daughters Shannon Woosley of Kemp, TX, Heather and John Brewer of Wills Point, TX: son: Chad and Meredith Woosley of Kaufman, TX: Grandkids Brett & Katie Brewer, Joshua Brewer, Jacque and Miguel Garcia, Tristan Brewer, Braeden and Leighton Woosley: Great Grandkids: Theodore and Scout Brewer, & Lilli Garcia: Sister Lucille Barlar of Nashville, Tenn, & Brother Randall Woosley of Hendersonville, Tenn: Nieces: Vivian Woosley Van Dyke& her husband Brian of Kaufman, TX & Julia Beth Woosley Moore and her husband Mike of Tennessee: Tom Woosley of Tennessee; Daphne Woosley Lord and her Chris, Tracey Woosley Saunier and husband Charlie of Tennessee: Nephews: Jerry Barlar and his wife Allison of Tennessee, Jimmy Barlar and his wife Jan of Georgia; Jonathan and his wife Sharenda of Illinois.
He is preceded in death by his wife Nella Jane Woosley; Mother Alice Curtis Woolsey, and Father Virgil Ciscero Woosley: brothers Wallace Woosley; Charles Woosley; & Eugene Woosley.
Virgil is what he preferred to be called. He enjoyed staying active fishing as much as he could, watching drag races and loved old cars, He loved his grandkids, and great grandkids.
He loved his family and the Lord very much!!
