Gilbert Gene Herbrich, born on January 24, 1940, passed away peacefully from natural causes on March 27, 2026. He was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Mary Herbrich, and a dedicated father. Gilbert's commitment to his family was evident throughout his life, as he worked tirelessly to provide for them and instilled in them the values of hard work and perseverance.
A successful electrician, Gilbert owned and operated Herbrich Electrical Contractor, where his skills and expertise were respected in the community. In addition to his profession, he cherished the great outdoors, finding joy in fishing and hunting. One of his most memorable moments was the thrill of harvesting a twelve-point buck on his property, a testament to his love for nature and the life he cultivated there. His passion for gardening also reflected his dedication to caring for the land he called home.
Gilbert will be remembered not only for his professional accomplishments but also for being an exceptional friend. His warmth and generosity touched the lives of many, and he was a steadfast presence for those who were fortunate enough to know him. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends, all of whom will carry his memory in their hearts.
