Elizabeth "Lisa" Viola Frybarger, born on December 19, 1959, passed away on May 24, 2026, in her home, surrounded by her family, after a long battle with dementia.
Lisa was a wife, a mother, a nurse, a crafter, a button collector, an avid reader, a grandmother, a Sunday school teacher, a mother-in-law, and a friend. She had a great many hobbies and was very creative. She enjoyed listening to music, watching NASCAR races, going out on the lake, watching movies, and shopping.
Lisa's vibrant personality, generosity, and caring heart will be missed by all of those who knew her. Her strength and fierce love of her family will be dearly missed, as will her smile and the hugs she gave that felt as if she would never let you go.
She is survived by her husband, Scott Lee Frybarger, her daughter, Katherine Zurbach, and son-in-law, Brian Zurbach, her daughter, Cassey Roberts, and son-in-law, Richie Roberts, her grandchildren, Riley and Alex, and her siblings, Harvey, Sonja, Robbin, Bobbie, and Robert.
Lisa reunites in Heaven with her parents, Robert and Chris Tubbs.
