It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Donna Lynn Pottorff Williams, who left us on October 18, 2024, after a beautiful full life at the age of 60. Donna was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She touched the lives of many with her kindness, generosity, and unwavering spirit.
Donna was born on July 29, 1964, in Dallas, TX. She grew up in Seagoville. Donna dedicated her life to taking care of people and her beloved grandchildren. Her nurturing nature and selflessness were evident in everything she did. Donna's resilience and strength were an inspiration to all who knew her.
She is survived by her older Brother David Williams, Sister Linda Stanley, and Sister Nelda Meeks. She is also survived by her children, Son Clifford Williams, Daughter Maggie Baker, Daughter Margie Chitty, and Youngest Daughter Mary Parker, who will forever cherish her memory. Donna was also a loving grandmother to Maci Baker, Sarah Baker, Devyn Killgo, Charles Curtis Baker, William Warner, Miaya Smith, and Mercy Parker.
Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Pottorff; her father, John Hught Williams, Mother Bonnie Nell Smith Williams, Brother, Charles Henry Williams; and her Sisters Betty Locklin, Janet Farmer and Deborah Christie
Donna had a passion for life, Love and all things butterflies. She was known for her happy spirit by her friends and family from all over Texas, Colorado, California and Hot Springs Arkansas, and many more. She had a smile that lit up the room and a helping hand to anyone in need. The Love, the light, and the smile that Donna had, will continue to inspire those who knew her, and the ones whose lives were changed by just coming in contact with her, will always be remembered.
