Donald Eichelman Obituary

Donald “Duck” Eichelman, 70, of Greenville, TX passed away on April 11, 2022. He was born on November 28, 1951 in Baltimore, Maryland to John and Barbara Eichelman.

Donald married Melody Curry, on January 28, 1977, in Baltimore MD and had 3 children. He was a member of The Knights of Columbus in Greenville, TX. Don enjoyed playing the guitar, wood working and fishing; but his most favorite thing was being a Poppy.

He is survived by his wife, Melody Eichelman; son, Donald J. Eichelman and wife Julie of Quinlan, TX; daughter, Elizabeth Pickle and husband John of Kearney, MO; brothers: John Eichelman of Jacksonville, FL, David Eichelman of Pasadena, MD; grandchildren: David LaFond, Ben LaFond, Zachary Pickle, Zaiden Pickle, Cecilia Eichelman, Gabriel Eichelman and a grandchild on the way.

Donald is preceded in death by his parents, John and Barbara Eichelman; daughter, Toni LaFond; sister, Ann Holt; and brother, Joseph Eichelman.

A family held memorial service will be held at a later date.
