Charlene Pendegrass, 75, of Mesquite went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, January 30, 2020 in Dallas. A Memorial Service celebrating her life will be held Saturday February 15, 2020 at Ingram Funeral Home in Quinlan with Bro. Ken Faling officiating.
Charlene was born January 27, 1945 to the late Charles Foster and Erma Louise Carroll in Broseley, Missouri. She spent her childhood in Broseley and graduated from Broseley High School. Charlene and Raymond Pendegrass married on December 24, 1964. Her occupation was in insurance accounting. Charlene loved to dance, play bingo and go gambling. She also enjoyed reading. She was very family oriented and was the best Mom/Nana in the world and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Charlene is loved and will be missed by her husband, Raymond; son, Darrin Ray Pendegrass and Lorie Leann Bates of Emory; daughter, Rhetta Louise and Castulo Chavez of Mesquite; brothers, Mike and Kathy Carroll of Washington, Terry and Anna Carroll of Farmington, Missouri and Murphy and Carol Carroll of Farmington, Missouri; sister, Marvalene Pierce of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; grandchildren, Kayla Lauren Calzada and Tristan Demone Pearson, Kimberley Sharee Calzada, Miranda Lyn Chavez and Marcella Rae Chavez; great grandchildren Javin Rene Calzada, Aliyah Marie Pearson, Adrian Ray Pearson, Amayah Marie-Jannah Leos and Ariya Lynn Johnson.
