Brenton Joe Bedwell, born on May 8, 1991, in Dallas, Texas, passed away on March 5, 2025, at the age of 33. He was a cherished son to Julie Bedwell and beloved brother to Brian Bedwell. Beloved Uncle Bubba Brent is also survived by his nieces, Katie and Jordan Bedwell, and nephew, Patrik Winters, along with his loving grandparents, John and Linda Bedwell, and Joe and Hattie Weaver.
From an early age, Brent developed a deep passion for racing and the automotive world. His love for American muscle cars and trucks defined much of his life, shaping his career as a mechanic at Jon's Brake and Muffler. Whether at the dirt track in Greenville, Texas, or working on his friends' cars, Brent found joy in the camaraderie and excitement of racing. His enthusiasm extended to remote-controlled cars, which he enjoyed building and racing, showcasing both skill and creativity.
Brent's adventurous spirit was evident throughout his life; from the time he boldly jumped from the second floor of an apartment, believing he was Spiderman, to his pride in walking across the stage to receive his high school diploma. He faced challenges head-on and was known for his fearless nature, coupled with a love for fishing trips with his dad.
Brent's legacy of dedication to family, love for cars, and zest for life will be profoundly missed by all who knew him. Funeral services will be announced in the coming days, providing friends and family an opportunity to come together and celebrate his vibrant life.
Brenton was preceded in death by: his father Johnny Bedwell
