Brenda Jo Barnhart

Brenda Jo Barnhart, age 60, of Royse City, was born March 15, 1962, in Dallas, Texas to Joseph and Brenda Lee Barnhart.

She went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 30, 2023.

Brenda Jo is survived by her sisters: Lynn Carter and husband, Hal, of Royse City; Paulette Schwing and husband, Tommy, of Red Oak; aunt Loretta Taylor and husband, Bill, of Royse City; and Aunt Phyllis Andrews of Kirkland, Indiana; 11 nieces and nephews; 33 great-nieces and nephews; numerous cousins; and many others who called her sister and friend. 

Brenda Jo is preceded in death by her mother, Brenda Lee Barnhart; her father, Joseph Barnhart; and her brother William Barnhart. 

Brenda Jo was a sister, niece, aunt, and a friend to all.  She deeply loved her family and friends and cared for all those around her. She loved helping those in need.

Brenda Jo had a love for garage sales, playing bingo, and enjoying a good meal with family and friends. She thrived to find good deals and to always share what she found with others. She collected many items. She loved jewelry, dolls, zebra themed items, Knick knacks and so much more. She never met a stranger and if she liked you, she loved you! She will be missed so much by so many, and her love will never be forgotten.

The family will host a Celebration of Life in March.  Date and location TBA.
