Billy Ray Anderson

Billy Ray Anderson, age 75 of Sulphur Springs, passed away April 28, 2021. Graveside Services will be held at 2:00P.M. Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at Sulphur Bluff Cemetery with Ricky Richardson officiating under the direction of Ingram Funeral Home in Quinlan.

Billy Ray Anderson was born on April 28, 1946 in Princeton, Texas to Jack Anderson and Thelma Lee Holland Anderson. He married Debbie Davis on February 22, 1969 in Rockwall, Texas. Mr. Anderson was a retired truck driver and served on the Hopkins County Sheriff Posse.  Billy Ray was preceded in death by his parents; son, Billy Don Anderson; daughter, Amy Anderson; sisters, Helen Johnson and Betty Johnson, Margie Drummond, Jackie Richardson and brothers, Jimmy, and Jerry Anderson.

He is loved and will be missed by his wife, Debbie Anderson of Sulphur Springs, two sons, Greg Anderson and wife Shelly of Pine Forrest and Brandon Anderson of Sulphur Springs, daughter, Lisa Anderson of Austin, two sisters, Linda Engstrand and husband George of DeKalb and Vicki Carr of McKinney, brother, Don Anderson and wife June of McKinney, Eight Grandchildren, Layni Good and husband Stephan of Canton, Kadee Anderson of Atlanta, Marshall Anderson of Sulphur Springs, Hannah Anderson and Jake Anderson both of Pine Forrest, Marlee Anderson of Sulphur Springs, Jared Landry and Tia Landry and Zane Anderson all of Austin, one great grandson, Brayden Anderson of Atlanta and numerous nephews, nieces and friends.
