Aubrey "Skully" Robinson Obituary

Aubrey Glenn “Skully” Robinson, 62, of Quinlan went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, March 30, 2018. Funeral services celebrating Skully’s life will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Ingram Funeral Home with interment immediately following at Hart Cemetery in Cash. Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, April 3, 2018.

Skully was born in Jasper, Alabama on November 6, 1955. He is the son of Peggy Francis Garner and the late Aubrey Gene Robinson. He was raised and educated in Alabama. As an adult he was employed by the Dallas Independent School District as an HVAC technician. He married Debbie Ann Newding in 1973 and she preceded him in death on April 6, 2003. He then was a fire fighter for over 40 years, most recently for Hunt County Fire. This was his true passion in life. He loved to be outdoors, hunting was a blast and he was always ready to help others.

He is loved and will be missed by his mother Peggy Francis Garner; son Joshua Glenn Robinson; daughter Felicia Ann Sunday; brothers Terry Wayne Robinson; Douglas Neal Robinson and wife Jennifer; sisters Cindy Karen Robinson and Michael Newton, Lisa Gayle Robinson and Leno Emerson; nephews Shannon Cook, Terrell Robinson, Trent Robinson, Zachary Robinson, Adam Robinson, Justin Aubrey Emerson; nieces Tonya Robinson, Heather Burns, Maggie Emerson; 6 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; great-nephews and great-nieces; numerous other family and friends.
