Amber Deanne Lawhorn, born on July 29, 1985, in Dallas, Texas, passed away peacefully on September 8, 2025, at the age of 40, leaving behind a legacy of love and joy that will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew her. Amber was a resident of Quinlan, Texas, where she cultivated a beautiful life surrounded by her cherished family.

She is survived by her devoted husband Richard Lawhorn, with whom she shared nearly 15 wonderful years of marriage, and her beloved daughter, Jordyn Lawhorn, who was her pride and joy. Amber shared a close bond with her son-in-law Scott Eubanks, and was deeply loved by her sister, Nikki Webb.

Amber was a woman of many talents and interests, known for her impressive green thumb and her passion for caring for plants. She could bring even the most stubborn houseplant back to life, and her vibrant garden was a testament to her nurturing spirit. Her creativity shone through in her love for crochet, where she crafted beautiful pieces that brought warmth and comfort to those around her.

Throughout her life, Amber had a deep connection with her faith, often seen reading the Bible, finding inspiration, and sharing her beliefs with others. With over 15 years of experience in hairstyling, she had an innate ability to make everyone feel beautiful and special, bringing smiles to many faces in the process.

Amber was a remarkable cook, known for her culinary skills, and her family often gathered around her kitchen table to enjoy her delicious meals. She embraced family traditions with open arms, always ensuring that her loved ones were well taken care of, often putting their needs above her own. Her selfless love knew no bounds, and she had an incredible ability to make everyone feel welcome; she never met a stranger and could talk your ear off with captivating stories.

Growing up around her grandparents greatly influenced Amber's character, filling her heart with love and invaluable life lessons that she shared with her family. At just 19 years old, she became a mother, a role in which she excelled, becoming her daughter's best friend and ultimate supporter.

Amber will be remembered as a vibrant soul who radiated warmth and kindness, and her generous spirit will live on in the lives she touched. Her family and friends are heartbroken by the loss, but they will carry her legacy forward, celebrating all she brought to their lives.

In honor of Amber, a celebration of her life will be held at a future date, where all who loved her can gather, share stories, and commemorate the incredible woman she was.
