Sylvia Jean Watson, 76, of Greenville went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 29, 2017 at her residence. Memorial services celebrating her life will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Top Rail Cowboy Church in Greenville.

Sylvia was born on May 16, 1941 in Tioga, Pennsylvania. She is the daughter of the late Nelson Davis and Dortha White Davis. She was raised and educated in Tioga. She had lived in the Greenville community for the last 34 years and attended Top Rail Cowboy Church. She was also preceded in death by her sisters Dorothy Blackwell, Clara Rowlee, Ruth Davis and brother Rudy Davis. She enjoyed dirt track races, doing crossword puzzles, crocheting and spending time with her family.

She is loved and will be missed by her daughters Sherry Metcalf of Pennsylvania, Melinda Stappenbeck of Greenville; sons Arvey Dyke of Pennsylvania, Johnathan Watson of Greenville and Thurston Watson of Greenville; 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
