Samuel “Paul” Elmore, 37, of Point went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, August 11, 2017 in Quinlan. Funeral Services celebrating Paul’s life will be held at Ingram Funeral Home in Quinlan at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, August 19, 2017 with Pastor Audie Gilbreath officiating. Interment will follow at Hall Cemetery in Lone Oak. Visitation will be held 5:00-7:00 P.M. on Thursday, August 17, 2017.

Paul was born on March 20, 1980 in Peoria, Illinois. He is the son of Richard Elmore and the late Nancy Joiner Elmore. He moved to Texas when he was one year old and was raised and educated in Quinlan, Lone Oak and Emory. Paul was a ‘Jack of all trades’ but he worked mostly in construction. He enjoyed singing, listening to music and being with his kids and family. He would give you the shirt off his back!

He is loved and will be missed by his companion Carmen DeBolt, of Point; father Richard Elmore and wife Vickie of Lone Oak; grandma Mattie Elmore of Lone Oak; sons Jordan Elmore of Point, Austin Elmore of Point, Walker Elmore of Greenville; step-son Tyler Mayhew of Point; daughter Hailey Elmore of New Mexico; step-daughters Katrina Presley of Point and Victoria Presley of Point; brothers James Elmore and wife Rachael of Minnesota, Adam Elmore and wife Sara Hibdon of Arlington, Kenneth Parris of Colorado, Adam Hamilton and wife Davina Salazar of New Mexico, Glen Boyer of Alabama and Gregg Miller of Oklahoma; sisters Wendy Lindquist and Sheehan of Hawaii, Amber Boyer of Illinois, Cathy Boyer of Illinois, Donna Miller-Lori of Texas, Michelle Myers of California and several nieces and nephews.
