Mary Ruth (White) McKissick

Mary Ruth McKissick, 84 of Wolfe City went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, September 16, 2018 at her residence. Memorial services celebrating Mary’s life will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Crossroads Church of Greenville.

Mary was born on July 5, 1934 in Dallas, Texas. She is the daughter of the late Jim White and Gertie Sitton White. Mary married Billy Dean McKissick on June 11, 1955. She was a member of Crossroads Church and a woman of great faith. She loved being around her grandkids and was always telling them how much Jesus loved them.

She is loved and will be missed by her husband of 63 years Billy McKissick; son Bill and wife Tami McKissick of Blackwell, OK; daughters Sharon McKissick of Crandall, Joyce Withers and husband Ken of Wolfe City, Brenda Burchett and husband Chris of Avinger; 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and one sister Betty Russel of Seagoville.
