Marieanne (Smith) Paine

Marieanne Paine 62, of Rockwall went to be with herLord and Savior Friday October 4, 2019 at her residence.Memorial Services celebrating Marieanne’s life will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday October 7, 2019 at Ingram Funeral Home with Brother Dennis Moon officiating.Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Marieanne was born February 14, 1957 in Anchorage, Alaska. She is the daughter of the late Paul and LorraineSmith. The family moved to Raleigh, N.C., Rhome, N.Y. and later Shreveport, Louisiana where she graduated from Fairpark High School. Marieanne worked in the nursing field and the call center for Capital One. Her hobbies included crocheting blankets, reading, watching soap operas, especially Young & Restless, General Hospital & All My Children. She was on a bowling league with “The Gutter Gals”. She also loved to gamble . Most of all she loved her family and her grandcat Cleo Smith. Her grandparents Roland & Marieanne Gamache and Patrick & Hazel Smith are deceased.

She is loved and will be missed by her son Michael Paul and Janice Nicole Smith of Rockwall; brother Patrick Smith of Sperry, OK. sisters, Linda Smith of Noble LA and Paula and Frank Jones of Valley, Alabama, numerous nieces and nephews including nieces Jennifer Els of Claremore, OK and Lori Beth Smith, deceased. Also remember Paula’s kids, Lisa Teague, Tracy Teague and Paul Teague and cousin Diane Bergeron of Portsmouth N.H.
