Laureen Lynn Combs, age 50, died peacefully on Thursday, February 21, 2019 in Greenville, Texas. Laureen was born on February 5th, 1969 in Amarillo, Texas to George & Shirley Fowler. She was the youngest of 5 children. She attended Caprock High School and she worked as a Healthcare Nurse in her younger years. She became a stay at home wife and mother of 3 beautiful children, a career she dearly loved.
During Laureen’s life lessons, she came across the love of her life, Randy Scott Combs. They had a loving partnership for 13 years, until the time of her death.
Besides spending time with her family and friends, Laureen had a passion for reading and writing. She also loved being involved with her boys sporting events. She had a bubbly sense of humor and was a bright and energetic woman. She was known for her ability to sense when people needed her help. She touched the lives of many in Life and Death.
Preceded in death by her parents, a twin brother, Larry and daughter, Kayla. Survived by husband, Randy Combs, 2 sons Josh Fowler and Tanner Starr, step-children, Aaron Combs and wife Nicole and Amber Combs and partner Lance Linebaugh and two grandchildren, Makenna Grace Richardson and Hayden Shawn Fowler and two step-grandchildren, Cooper and Jackson Combs.
