Jennifer Annette (Jennings) Dougherty

Jennifer Jennings Dougherty, 44. Of West Tawakoni went to be with her Lord and Savior on September 28, 2019 in Yantis. A Funeral Service will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Friday October 4, 2019 at Ingram Funeral Home in Quinlan, Texas. with Brother Gary Williamson officiating. A viewing will be held one hour before the service. Following the service a Celebration of Life will take place at the VFW in West Tawakoni.

Jennifer was born on May 15, 1975. She is the daughter of Robert and Kathryn Winkle of West Tawakoni, Jack and Andrea Jennings of Wills Point.  Jennifer was born in Dallas, Texas and raised in the Lake Tawakoni area. She graduated from Quinlan Ford High School and Blinn School of Nursing. She married Chuck Dougherty February 1, 2009. She worked as a Home Health Nurse. Jennifer was a great person with a big heart. She always expressed her opinion openly. She was adventurous. Jennifer was never wrong, just mistaken. She loved her family and they loved her amazing salsa. Her hobbies included shopping, crafting and drawing, coloring.

Jennifer is loved and will be missed by her parents Robert and Kathryn Winkle & Jack and Andrea Jennings. Her daughter BriAnna Yeley & husband Willie Yeley. Sons Bradley Slocum, Coby Dougherty, Cody Dougherty. Brothers Scott Jennings & wife Kim, Zack Oden & wife Makalya, Zane Oden. Sisters Tracey & husband Wayne Harris, Misste & husband Jamie Phillipi, Amber & husband Tony Meador, Brandee & Husband Vidal Loredo. Grandchildren Kaiden Dougherty, David Yeley, Tiegann Yeley.
