Derril "Dwayne" Langford

Derril “Dwayne” Langford, 56, of Overton went to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, January 14, 2018 in Tyler. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, January 27, 2018 in Flint, Texas.

Dwayne was born on January 23, 1961 in Greenville Texas. He is the son of Linda Samples Rogers and the late Derril Wayne Langford. He was raised in Quinlan and went to Jacksonville High School. He attended the University of Texas at Tyler where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. He loved his job at the Caldwell Zoo where he worked in landscaping. He also enjoyed flower gardening.

He is loved and will be missed by his mother Linda Rogers of Frankston; brother Alton Rogers of Frankston; daughter Stephany Langford of Overton; son Joshua Langford of Norman, Oklahoma; two grandsons; two granddaughters and girlfriend Lucy Landeros of Tyler.
