Bobbie Joyce Brumley, 73 of Quinlan went to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at her residence. Funeral services celebrating Bobbie’s life will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at Ingram Funeral Home, burial will follow at Hart Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Monday.
Shane Wood, Tyler King, Levi Bayne, Xander Bayne, Charles Miller and Kyle Pruitt will serve as pallbearers.
Bobbie was born February 15, 1945 in Canadian, Texas. She is the daughter of the late Delmar C. Welch and Charity E. Wainwright Welch. She was also preceded in death by brother, Luther C. Welch and sisters, LuVada Lawrence, Nancy Jane Wainwright and Virginia Pruitt. She attended school in Canadian and several other places. She married Wallace Brumley in July of 1977 and they made their home in Canadian, Elk City, OK and many our places. She went on to attended Texas University in Dallas where she earned her LVN license. Bobbie loved her coupons, she was the “Coupon Queen”. She loved her kids, grandkids, great-grandkids, brothers and sisters.
Bobbie is loved and will be missed by her kids, Robert King & wife Cindy of Locust Grove, VA., Shelia Woods of Piggott, AR and Larry King & wife Allison of Locust Grove, VA. Grandkids, Triska Cordova, Chrissy Adam of Stinnett, TX, Alisha Kennedy of Elk City, Ok., Jonathan Malaska of Va., Shane Woods of Piggott, Ark. Jerad Woods of Piggott, AR., Tyler King of VA., Destiny of VA., Cassidy Mechalske of VA. Lots of Great-Grandkids. Brothers, Delmar Welch & Susan of Quinlan and Jim Welch of Quinlan; Sister Gladys Hutton & husband Roy of Taylor, TX and Aunt Evelyn (Jeri) Carter of Plainview, TX. She is also survived by other family and friends.
