Billy Eugene Dunavin, 62, of Greenville went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at his residence. Memorial services celebrating Billy’s life will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at Ingram Funeral Home in Quinlan with Pamela Barnard officiating.
Billy was delivered at home in Dallas, Texas by his aunts on November 14, 1955. He is the son of Billy Dale Dunavin and Hazel Dunavin Arnspiger. He spent his childhood in the Garland area where he attended school. In his early 20’s he had a Mustang that he loved and enjoyed working on it and other cars. He married Nancy Yvonne Bell on July 16, 1982 and they began raising their family. He worked in the Plastics industry most of his life, starting at Heritage Bag Company. He enjoyed reading, especially history and was a gun & knife enthusiast. He loved his dogs and was an amazing grandfather to his granddaughter.
He is loved and will be missed by his wife Nancy Dunavin of Greenville; mother Hazel Arnspiger of Wylie; father Billy Dale Dunavin of Garland; son Billy Aaron Dunavin of Greenville; daughter Meshea Hartford and husband Ajalon of Royse City; brothers Rodger Dunavin and wife Coco of Wylie, David Dunavin and wife Colleen of Sachse; sister Diane Ramage of Thornton, Colorado and granddaughter Londra Hartford of Royse City.
