Kelly Reeves

Kelly Hurst Reeves, age 85, of Quinlan, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, April 5, 2024. A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, April 12, 2024, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Ingram Funeral Home in Quinlan.

Kelly Hurst Reeves was born on October 2, 1938, in Fate, Texas to the late Mr. Anist Hurst and Lois Becknell Hurst. She graduated from Royse City High School in 1956, where she was a drum majorette for Royse City High School Band. Kelly worked as a night manager for Walmart in Greenville and Quinlan from 1991 until her retirement in 2010. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, painting, and many arts and crafts. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Quinlan. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Christopher Harrell in 2008, her two brothers and five sisters.

She is survived by her daughter, Chrys Harrell of Quinlan; granddaughter, Kelly Walters, and husband Steven of Wolfe City; great grandchildren, Matthew Higgins, Aubrey Walters, and Landyn Walters.
