Bennie Lindsey Obituary

Bennie Edward Lindsey, age 65, of Garland passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2024, surrounded by his family, and loved ones. A Celebration of his life will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at Ingram Funeral Home in Quinlan.

 

Bennie Edward Lindsey was born on February 8, 1959, in Wolf City, Texas to Mr. Bennie Don Lindsey and Linda Kay Maples Lindsey. Eddie grew up in Garland, where he raised a family and remained. He worked as a welder and CDL truck driver, eventually owning his own transportation company. Eddie will be dearly missed and always remembered for his compassionate nature. He was preceded in death by his father, Bennie Don Lindsey and mother, Linda Kay Lindsey, brother, Bruce Lindsey, and Keith Lindsey.

 

Eddie was greatly loved and will be dearly missed by the mother of his daughters, Kerry Denise Read; two daughters, Jillian Lindsey and Brittany Lindsey Bryant; Son-in-law, Stephen Bryant; Sister, LaTrenia Arnold; brother, Eldon Jones; bonus mother, Billie Lindsey; grandsons, Christopher Reese, Casey Criddle, Cody Criddle, Dylan Bryant, Jack Bryant, Bobby Bryant, Dalton Bryant, and Slade Bryant, as well as his only granddaughter, Kayce Bryant.
