Sidney Ballard, 80, of Quinlan went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 in Dallas. Memorial services celebrating Sidney’s life will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, October 30, 2017 at Ingram Funeral Home.

Sidney was born on September 19, 1937 in Munday, Texas. He is the son of the late Aaron Lee Ballard and Bertha May Franklin Ballard. He was a farmer who enjoyed working with his land and gardening. He is also preceded in death by his brother David Thomas Ballard. Hunting, fishing, football and country music were among his favorite past times. He loved spending time with his family and friends the most.

He is loved and will be missed by his brothers James Ballard and wife CeCe of Norman, OK, Charles Ballard and wife Diane of Newark, TX; sisters Katherine Hampton of Quinlan, Sue Flanary and husband Charles of Alvin, TX; numerous other family members and friends.
