Rebecca Ann McGowan, 59, of Kaufman went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, December 11, 2016 in Kaufman. Memorial services celebrating Rebecca’s life will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, December 16, 2016 at Ingram Funeral Home in Quinlan with Judge Hershey Barnett officiating.

Rebecca was born on September 15, 1957 in Terrell. She is the daughter of Ervin Solomon and the late Winona Cernoch - Walker. She was raised and educated in Royse City, later moving to Kaufman where she graduated. After graduating she worked as a bookkeeper for Nor Fleet Machine in Dallas for several years. She lived in Kaufman most all of her life. Rebecca was also preceded in death by her sister Elaine Solomon. She enjoyed Bingo, casinos, gambling and playing the slots.

She is loved and will be missed by her father Ervin Solomon of Quinlan; children Michael Heather of Kemp, Kimbralie Heather of Kaufman, Justin Heather of Kaufman, Jacob Cockrum of Garland, and Phillip Cockrum of Quinlan; grandchildren Dustin Heather and Kendall Riley; brothers Larry Solomon and wife Carol of Quinlan and Greg Hardy of Dallas.
