Jennie Rose Bunnell, 66, of Point went to be with her Lord and Savior on August 8, 2017 in Tyler. Funeral service’s celebrating Jennie’s life will be held at Ingram Funeral Home in Quinlan on Friday, August 11, 2017 at 3:00 P.M. with Judge Hershey Barnett officiating. Visitation will be held two hours prior to service time.

Jennie was born on August 24, 1950 in Mount Clemons, Michigan. She is the daughter of Gerald Duynslager and the late Donna Newby Shelby. She was raised and educated in Michigan. Jennie married William “Tom” Bunnell in 1971 and they made their home in Michigan prior to moving to Texas. They lived in several places in Texas from Emory to finally settling in Point about 27 years ago. She was a Beautician and worked in a number of salons thru the years but mainly she was a homemaker. She was a wonderful wife and mother who also loved her dogs.

She is loved and will be missed by her husband Tom Bunnell of Point; daughter heather Bunnell and companion Jason Levasser of Point; father Gerald Duynslager of Michigan; brother Jerry Duynslager and wife Susan of Michigan; sister Belinda Castleberry and husband Ricky of Garland; 2 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
