Janie Louise Brewer Martin, 66, of Quinlan went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, June 11, 2016. Memorial services celebrating Janie’s life will be held under the direction of Ingram Funeral Home in Quinlan at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Lakeview Church with Pastor Adam Williams officiating.
Trent Graham, Royce Ray, Joe Hill, James Ray, Ted Brewer Jr, Tim Brewer, Aaron Brewer and Phillip Brewer will be serving as pallbearers.
Janie was born on February 12, 1950 in Dallas. She is the daughter of the late George Lewis Brewer and Verlon Pauline Foster Brewer. She was raised and graduated high school in Garland. She went to work for Lucent Technologies for 25 years.  After retiring, she went on to nursing school where she earned her LVN license.
She was a member of Lakeview Church in Quinlan. She enjoyed spending time with her family, volunteering, reading, working puzzles, studying the Bible and working in her yard.
She was a source of enormous support and happiness for all who knew her.  
She is loved and will be missed by her daughters Susan Graham and husband Trent of Mt. Pleasant, Rachaele Hulsey and husband Tracy of Dallas; brother Ted Brewer and wife Tari of Red Oak; sisters Marcy Rimpley and husband Randy of Mesquite, Pat Jones of England; grandchildren Robert, Megan, Erica, Brad, Nichole, Brittany; great grandchildren Clark and Autumn.
