Dwayne Walter Jacobson, 53, of Terrell went to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 in Quinlan. Funeral services celebrating Dwayne’s life will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at Ridin High Cowboy Church in Union Valley with Pastor Steve Bishop officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. on Friday, June 10, 2016 at Ingram Funeral Home in Quinlan.
Francis McCune, Charlie Gideon, Corey Jacobson, James Wilson, Jared Kunz and Bob Gwaltney will be serving as Pallbearers.
Dwayne was born on August 2, 1962 in Spokane, Washington. He is the son of the late Walter and Jean Harvey Jacobson. Being a military child he moved to many different areas of the United States but graduated from Garland High School. He was the owner/operator of Precision Balancing Services, Inc. in Dallas. He moved to rural Terrell in 2011. Dwayne played guitar, drums and was a ‘one man band’. He played in the Ridin High Cowboy Church Band. He loved giving and taking jokes but he especially loved being with his family.
He is loved and will be missed by his wife Tamora Jones of Terrell; sons Corey Jacobson of Houston, Dalton Clayton of Sachse; daughters Adrianna Jones of Terrell, Olivia Jones of Terrell, Ashley Kunz & husband Jared of San Antonio, Chelsey Gonzalez & husband Robin of Houston, Hayley Clayton of Terrell, Cheyenne Holderman of Terrell; grandchildren Hayden, Kylynn, Josue, Anthony, Harper, brothers Keith Jacobson & wife Paula of Phoenix, Arizona, Ron Jacobson & wife JoAnn of Dallas and sister Sandy Jacobson of Missouri.
