Deborah Bernice Olson 50 of Hawk Cove Community went to be with her Lord and Savior Thursday, July 28, 2016 in Dallas. Memorial services celebrating Deborah’s life will be held Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at Ingram Funeral Home with Rev Danny Short officiating.

Deborah was born May 13, 1966 in Pleasant Grove, Texas. She is the daughter of the late W.J. Shempert and Dian Hankey Shempert. She was raised and attended school in Quinlan, graduating from Quinlan High School in 1984. Deborah worked in medical billing for many years in Quinlan, Greenville and Dallas. She enjoyed crocheting, 2 step dancing, shopping and playing slot machines, listening to the Beatle songs, but her favorite time was spent with her family.

She is loved and will be missed by her son Douglas Waits and wife Carrie of Caddo Mills; daughters Meagan and husband Eric of Greenville, Rebecca Waits and Fiance’ Ricky Hoots of Quinlan; grandchildren Makayla, Reagan, Kinsley and  Jaylynn, brother William Lee Shempert of Quinlan and sister Renee’ and husband Trent Kellner of Garland.
